Our primary goal is to ensure that every student receives a top-quality learning experience that fosters both skill development and a love for music. With this in mind, we are actively seeking highly qualified degreed music teachers who can offer instruction in private lessons primarily for piano, violin, viola, guitar, cello, voice, flute, and a variety of other instruments based on the requests we receive from our eager students. In addition, we are expanding our program to include group instruction for piano and string instruments, and we are particularly interested in finding instructors who can contribute their expertise to these areas.
The qualifications for a teaching position at Legacy Music Lessons require a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in music, with a major in one of the instruments relevant to your field. While a Master in Music is preferred, we also recognize that talent and dedication come in various forms; therefore, non-degree candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We warmly welcome graduate students who are in the process of earning their degrees, as they too bring valuable perspectives and enthusiasm for teaching.
